O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to dto set aside the return order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Madurai in STC.No.217/2014, dated 06.11.2014 and direct him to take account the above case on his file and proceed the same accordance with law.

2.When the matter was posted for admission on 17.12.2014, at request of the petitioner, it was ordered to post post next week. Thereafter, when the matter is listed, the learend counsel for the petitioner took adjournments only. Therefore, the matter is pending for the past 4 years without even ordering notice or admitting by this Court.

3.It seems that the petitioner has no interest to proceed with the matter, further. More over, the case is of the year 2014. Therefore, this Court is of the view that the pendency of this criminal original petition would not serve for any purpose. 4.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
