This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the first and second respondents to adequate Police Protection to the life and limb of the Petitioner and subordinates of third respondent at the time of surveying the petitioners land in S.No.475/4 in V. Periyapatti Village, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District covered in Patta No.657.

2.The petitioner has lodged a complaint before the first and second respondents on 27.01.2021 and the same is still pending. 3.Considering the above, second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 27.01.2021 after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondents 4 and 5, conduct enquiry and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
