To set aside the order passed in R.C.A.No.1 of 2010 dated 29/09/2011 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge(Rent Control Appellate Authority) Madurai by confirming the order passed in R.C.O.P.No.12 of 2003 dated 16.11.2009 on the file of the District Munsif (Rent Controller) Madurai and to allow this Civil Revision Petition.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.SREEKUMARAN NAIR, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.T.R.SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to extend the period for payment of arrears of rent for a further period of three months from 14.02.2020.

CMP(MD) No.1976 of 2020 2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the petitioner has already deposited a sum of Rs.1,50,000/-, this Court is inclined to extend the period for payment of arrears of rent for a further period of two months from today. The petitioner shall comply with the direction of this Court positively on or before 29.04.2020.

3.This petition is, accordingly, ordered.
