PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondent Nos.1 to 4 to provide adequate Police Protection to the Petitioner and the petitioner family members to cultivate and harvest the land in survey Nos. 325/1 and 394/1 situating at Oothukuli village by considering my representation dated 27.01.2022 within the time stipulated by this Honourable Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondent Nos.1 to 4 to provide adequate Police Protection to the Petitioner and the petitioner family members to cultivate and harvest the land in survey Nos. 325/1 and 394/1 situating at Oothukuli village by considering my representation dated 27.01.2022. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondents 1 to 4 on 27.01.2022 and the same is still pending.

Considering the above, third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 27.01.2022 after issuing notice to the petitioner and the fifth respondent, conduct enquiry and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
