2. Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, accepts notice for the respondents.

3. On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner lodged a complaint against the persons, who injured him, but, the respondents 6 and 7 failed to take any action, though the petitioner was hospitalized.

4.On the side of the respondents, it is stated that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the fifth respondent police has already registered an F.I.R in Crime No.76 of 2021, under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 427, 355 and 506(ii) I.P.C. as against five persons.

5.Since the F.I.R has already registered, this petition is dismissed. No costs.
