O R D E R

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to take necessary action on the representation dated 30.01.2025.

2. According to the petitioner, due to a civil dispute between the family of one Palanivelu and the petitioner on 26.04.2025, one Sathish, Sakthivel and Veerammal were trespassed into the property of the petitioner and attacked him with iron rod and thereby, caused injuries. Therefore, he lodged a complaint on 28.01.2025 to the respondents, but they have not taken any steps on the complaint given by the petitioner. Therefore, on 29.01.2025 and 30.01.2025, the petitioner sent a detailed representation to the first respondent through registered post, but no action was taken. Hence, he filed the present petition.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that they received the complaint dated 28.01.2025 and issued C.S.R.No.75 of 2025. They will complete the enquiry within a week.

5. Heard both sides and perused the materials on record.

6. Considering the limited scope of the prayer of the petitioner and facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the respondents to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 30.01.2025 within one week from the date of this order.

7. With the above said observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
