ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who are arrayed as A1 to A5 apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 498-A and 406 IPC in Crime No.23 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the dispute between the petitioners and the de-facto complainant has been settled before the Mediation and they have agreed for re-union and further, both the parties are also present before this Court today. 3.The report dated 10.08.2015 sent by the Mediation and Conciliation Centre is also placed before this Court which shows that the de-facto complainant had agreed to withdraw the complaint registered against her husband in Crime No.23 of 2014. The investigation officer is also present before this Court.
