ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.534 of 2022 on the file of the learned Additional Mahila Judge (Judicial Magistrate Level), Theni, Theni District. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submits that the trial in C.C.No.534 of 2022 has already been commenced and seven witnesses have been examined. Further, he submits that the case is posted on 10.07.2024 for examination of P.W.8 and P.W.9.

3.Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition is closed with a direction to the learned Additional Mahila Judge (Judicial Magistrate Level), Theni, Theni District to complete the trial in C.C. No.534 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
