Public Prosecutor submits that the detenue has been secured and custody has been handed over to the petitioner, which is also confirmed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. In the light of the said development, nothing remains further for adjudication in this habeas corpus petition. Accordingly, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed.
