This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to P.R.C. No.7 of 2014 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II Madurai and quash the same. 2.When the matter was posted for admission on 22.12.2014, at request of the petitioner, it was ordered to post on 23.12.2014. Thereafter, the matter is pending for the past 4 years without even ordering notice or admitting by this Court. 3.It seems that the petitioner has no interest to proceed with the matter, further. More over, the case is of the year 2014. 4.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
