[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The writ on hand has been instituted to forbear respondents 1 to 8 herein from in any manner allowing the ninth respondent from commencing new fuel station in Survey No.1197/1B2 of Keela Gudalur Village, Uthamapalayam Taluk, Theni District.
2. The learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 6, on instructions, would submit that a petrol bunk has already been installed in the subject property.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Pleader, no further adjudication is required in this Writ Petition and the same stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
