ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the first respondent to monitor the investigation in Crime NO.141 of 2020 of Palayanur Police Station, Sivagangai District. 2.Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would contend that the investigations in Crime No.141 of 2020 and Crime No.143 of 2020, in which the petitioner's in-laws are shown as accused, are completed and final reports have also been made ready and sought two weeks time to file the final reports before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate.

3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to file the final reports in Crime Nos.141 of 2020 and 143 of 2020 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
