PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to issue the Work Site Inspection Certificate and Working Condition of the Plants and Machineries Certificate to the petitioner, in connection with the tender issued by the 1st respondent Tender Notice No.42/2025-2026/HDO, dated 19.01.2026 for the Package No.CRIDP-2026-2027 (ODR SCP WORKS)-TRY-96 based on the petitioner's representation dated 30.01.2026. 1/4

ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of work site inspection certificate as well as the working condition of plants and machineries certificate.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents submitted that both the certificates have already been issued to the writ petitioner.
