RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT For Petitioner : M/S J.PRAVEEN Advocate For Respondent : M/S.K.ANBARASAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.3, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 392 of IPC, in Crime No.53 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 26.07.2015 the accused persons robed the gold chain of the defacto complainant and on the complaint of the defacto complainant, the case has been registered for the above said offences.

3.The case of the petitioner is that he is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and only on the confession given by the other accused, this petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The defacto complainant stated that her chain was robbed by three persons aged 35 years but the age of the petitioner is 25 years. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that totally there are four accused in this case and this petitioner is the third accused and A1 and A2 were arrested and released on bail and A4 was arrested on 13.11.2015 and he is still in custody. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
