ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation of the petitioner's complaint, dated 20.12.2022 and to appoint the competent officer or any other Agency to investigate the petitioner's complaint.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the second respondent has not received any complaint from the petitioner and no complaint was forwarded from the first respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has sent the complaint to the respondents 1 and 2 through registered post.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) as well as the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to give fresh representation to the respondents 1 and 2 and on receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to 2/4

consider the petitioner's representation and take action by following the dictum laid down in the case of Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1 and pass orders in accordance with law.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
