No.1062 of 2023:- This Criminal Appeal filed under Section 14-A(2) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015, to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Karur in Cr.M.P. No.1920 of 2023 dated 22/12/2023 and set aside the same and to enlarge the appellants on bail in Crime No.21 of 2023 on the file of the 2nd respondent. ORDER:- This Petition is coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petitions and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. I. Robert Chandra Kumar, Advocate for Petitioners and Mr. M. Muthumanikkam, Advocate for the Respondents 1 & 2, this Court made the following order:- "This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A.(MD)No.1062 of 2023 on 22.12.2023.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly from 03.01.2024.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is pending.

4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.1062 of 2023 on 22.12.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Police Station once in 15 days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders."
