ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 466, 366, 406, 497 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.16 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the State.
3. This is the second anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner. The first anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court by a well considered order, dated 20.01.2015.
4. It is the case of the prosecution that this petitioner is a Police Constable and that he developed intimacy with A-2, who is the wife of the defacto complainant. The defacto complainant, who is abroad, was sending money. This petitioner and the second accused were enjoying the money sent by the defacto complainant. The petitioner eloped once with A-2 during the year 2013 and he was brought back and even thereafter, he continued to have relationship with her.
5. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions from the police submits that A-1/Petitioner herein is still absconding and not even reporting to duty.

6. Taking into consideration the gravity of the allegation against the petitioner, it is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail.
