This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.698 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the first respondent completed the investigation in Crime No.698 of 2021 and also filed a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.557 of 2022.

3. In view of the above, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
