This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the respondent to register the case against the alleged accused namely as (1) Kanagaraj (2) Marimuthu (3) Kannan (4) Santhakumar and other 11 unnamed accused for the alleged offence U/s. 294(b), 323, 324, 307 and 506(ii) IPC based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 25.11.2014.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, already a case has been registered in Crime No.413 of 2014 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 448, 423 and 506(ii) I.P.C.
