ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners on 21.02.2023 seeking to call for the records in Spl.S.C.No.75 of 2022 on the file of Fast Track Mahila Court, Dindigul and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Muniyandi, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the trial Court after conducting the trial, had convicted the petitioners in Spl.S.C.No.75 of 2022, on 12.12.2023, and hence, the prayer sought for in the petition is infructuous and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. To that effect, he has made an endorsement in the case file and the same is extracted hereunder: "Permit to withdraw my case"
