The petitioners herein are arrayed as 'B'-Party in M.C.No.12 of 2014, on the file of the learned Sub-Divisional Magistrate-cumRevenue Divisional Officer, Tirunelveli, Tirunelveli District. They filed this application under the provisions of Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to quash the said M.C.No.12 of 2014.

2. Today, when the case is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent represented that on 30.10.2014 itself, the case pertaining to this petition was closed as 'action dropped' by the learned Subhttps://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Divisional Magistrate-cum-Revenue Divisional Officer, Tirunelveli, Tirunelveli District, by his proceedings Pa.Mu.M.C.12/2014/A5. He also produced a copy of the said Proceedings before this Court.

3. The submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are dismissed.
