PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of certiorari calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings of third respondent Managing Director in Na.Ka.No.3645/1999-2000 A1(2), dated 14.02.2020 transferring the petitioner from Irulappapuram Branch to Colachel Branch of Kanyakumari District Central Cooperative Bank Ltd., quash the same insofar as the petitioner is concerned. The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a writ of certiorari to quash the transfer order dated 14.02.2020, passed by the third respondent, insofar as it relates to the petitioner herein.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the parties by producing a copy of the order dated 30.04.2021, passed by the third respondent, submitted that the impugned transfer order has been cancelled and therefore, the relief sought for in this writ petition has become incructuous.

3. Recording the above submission of the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
