Prayer : This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing respondents to permit the petitioner to withdraw a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- available in my PF Account No.11317 on the file of 1st respondent Trust within the time limit fixed by this Court so as to enable him to meet out marriage expenses of his daughter which is scheduled to be held on 03.02.2025.
