RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the delay of 660 days in filling the Criminal Revision Case against the order dated 24.11.2014 passed in Cr.M.P.No.7636 of 2014 in STC No.1515 of 2012 by the Honourable Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tiruchirappalli.

Prayer in CRL RC(MD) No.SR14849 of 2017:- Memorandum of Criminal Revision Case against the order dated 24.11.2014 passed in C.M.No.7636 of 2014 in STC No.1515 of 2012 by the Honourable Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tiruchirappalli. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.M.MADASAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.C.VAKEESWARAN, Advocate on behalf of the sole Respondent the court made the following order:- Against the order dismissing the petitioner's application to discharge him from the criminal case, the above revision has been filed with a delay of 660 days to condone the delay.

2. I have heard Mr.T.M.Madasamy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Vakeeswaran, learned counsel appearing for the respondent and I have gone through the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. The reasons stated by the petitioner are not acceptable and not sufficient to condone the delay of 660 days. Hence, this delay condonation petition is dismissed.

4. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the parties submitted that STC No.1515 of 2012 is pending from the year 2012 and now, P.W.1 was also examined.
