Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petition mentioned property belongs to the petitioner. The petitioner wants this Court to direct the second respondent to provide him police protection for demolishing his house. According to the petitioner, it has become a dilapidated building.

3. Be that as it may, when the petitioner has not obtained any court order for carrying out the demolition, in exercise of jurisdiction under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., no direction for police protection can be granted. Leaving open the petitioner's rights, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
