3.I have gone through the averments found in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and convinced with the reasons stated therein.

4.In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the Crl.O.P(MD) No.5704 of 2017 which was dismissed for non-prosecution on 12.05.2017 is restored to file.
