This Civil Revision Petition having come up for final hearing on this date, upon perusing the grounds of Petition, the order of the Trial Court and the material papers to the Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Srinivasa Raghavan, counsel for the Petitioner, Mr.J.Barathan, Advocate for the respondents, this Court while dismissing the petition, doth order and decree as follows:

i)that the fair and Decreetal order dated, 09.12.2021 made in R.C.A.No.74 of 2019 passed by the learned Principal Rent Control, Appellate Authority (Principal Subordinate Judge), Madurai confirming the fair and executable order dated 10-07-2019 made in RCOP No.72 of 2015 on the file of Principal Rent Controller (Principal District Munsif) Madurai Town be and hereby are confirmed and the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. ii)that the revision petitioner/tenant be and hereby directe to hand over the possession to the respondent/landlord, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
