ORDER

Seeking direction to the learned Additional District Judge, Sivagangai, to expedite the trial pending in S.C.No.128 of 2025, this criminal original petition is filed.

2.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court hereby directs the learned Additional District Judge, Sivagangai, to complete the trial in S.C No.128 of 2025 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
