Pleased to pass an order to take the Criminal Revision Petition, on file, to call for the records in M.C.NO.37 of 2019 on the file of the Family Court, Sivagangai, dated 09.07.2020 and set aside the order by allowing this Criminal Revision Petition and to proceed further in according with law.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.ARUMUGAM, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the order copy was received by the petitioner only on 18.03.2021.
