Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.ALAGUMANI, Advocate for the petitioners in all the petitions and of MR.P.KANDASAMY Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondents in all the petitions the court made the following order:- These petitions are filed for relaxation of condition.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are complying with the condition from 17.12.2016.

4. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) fairly conceded that the petitioners are complying with the condition from 17.12.2016.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly and considering the charges levelled against the petitioners, this Court is inclined to modify the condition directing the petitioners to appear before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
