When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions from the respondent police, 1/3

submits that enquiry was conducted and complaint was closed on compromise. Hence, there is no case and no FIR had been registered against the petitioner. In view of the same, the petitioner has no apprehension of arrest at the hands of the respondent-police. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as not maintainable.
