For Respondent : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in crime no.199 of 2014 file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A2 who apprehend arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 454, 457 and 380 of IPC in connection with NonBailable Warrant issued in C.C.No.184 of 2015, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court,Aruppukottai seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The petitioner was absent during the trial in C.C.No.184 of 2015, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Aruppukottai. Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant came to be issued on 23.01.2019 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

No.2759 of 2021 4.Considering the undertaking given by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the C.C.No.184 of 2015, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Aruppukottai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and to file a petition to recall the NBW issued against them. The concerned Magistrate is directed to consider the same on merits and pass orders on the same day.
