The petitioner, the mother of the minor girl alleging that the father of the minor child has taken custody of the minor child and also married another lady, filed this Habeas Corpus Petition.

2. The parties belong to Muslim community and admittedly, the minor child is with the father and if the petitioner needs custody or visitation rights whatsoever, she has to work her remedy before appropriate forum. Hence, this Habeas Corpus Petition is not maintainable and the same is dismissed accordingly. [G.J., J.] & [R.P., J.] 10.02.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Sm 2/4
