ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to give adequate police protection for the Annathana Kodi Vizha function in Ammankudi Village, Thottiyam Taluk, Trichy District to be celebrated on 29.04.2026 and 30.04.2026 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 05.01.2026.

2. This Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 05.01.2026 and conduct enquiry and process the same, as per law within a period of Two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

3. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs. 05.02.2026 KSA 2/4
