This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.73 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.It is seen from the records that when the matter was taken up for hearing on 15.12.2015 for admission, no notice was ordered. is of the view that the pendency of this criminal original petition would not serve for any purpose.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for petitioner, since the prayer in this petition has become infructuous, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
