This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the C.C. No. 376 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor, Tirunelveli District and quash the same.

2.When the matter was posted for admission on 22.12.2014, there is no representation for the petitioner and it was ordered to post after vacation. Thereafter, the matter is pending for the past 4 years without even ordering notice or admitting by this Court. 3.It seems that the petitioner has no interest to proceed with the matter, further. More over, the case is of the year 2014. 4.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
