PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Sec.439(1)b of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.320 of 2026 dated 08.01.2026.
ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.OP.(MD)No.320 of 2026 dated 08.01.2026.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions for nearly 11 days.
4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP(MD)No.320 of 2026 on 08.01.2026. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the 2/4
petitioner in CRL.OP.(MD)No.320 of 2026 on 08.01.2026 is modified as ''the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m., until further orders.''
