ORDER

This criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the first and second respondents to transfer investigation from the second respondent to some other police officer to investigate F.I.R. in Crime No.156 of 2014 dated 29.07.2014

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that despite the petitioner's daughter suffering grave injuries owing to the rash and negligent act of the accused, the respondent police registered the case only for offence under Sections 337, 379 I.P.C. and 3(i) TNPPDL Act and hence, he is seeking transfer of case in Cr.No.156 of 2014.

4. Upon perusing of the materials available on record and after hearing the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), this Court does not find any merits in this Criminal Original Petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
