Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S K.MANIKANDAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.K.V.RAJARAJAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend 15 days time for furnishing sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakkottai as per the direction of this Court in Crl.O.P.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is allowed on condition that the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.500/- (rupees five hundred only) to the Tamil Nadu Legal Services Committee, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai by today and the petitioners are directed to surrender before the Trial Court on or before 18.04.2016, failing which, this petition stands dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
