RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant the permission to the petitioners to appear in Sivagiri Police Station every day at 10.30 am instead of Alangulam Police Station until further orders and modify the conditions imposed in order dated 01/06/2017 made in Crl.O.P(MD).No.5608/2017 and for any other relief (or) reliefs.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioners are complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly for a period of 19 days.

3. Recording the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners is totally relaxed.
