ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to provide police protection to the petitioner and his family members.

2.Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that no representation was received from the present petitioner.

3.In the circumstances, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation to the third respondent and on receipt of the 1/3

said representation, the third respondent shall pass appropriate orders based on findings and on merits, after giving notice notice to the private respondents.

4.With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
