ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to the Crime NO.21 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same with regard to the petitioners.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent and the learned Counsel for the second respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions, submitted that the case has been closed as mistake of fact and the referred charge sheet notice was also served.
