This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the entire records relating to the order of the learned Special Judicial Magistrate, Special Court for land Grabbing Cases at Virudhunagar, dated 06.11.2014 in Cr.M.P.No.Un Numbered of 2014 in Cr.No.7/2012 returning the petition for further investigation filed by the petitioner and set aside the same and direct the respondent to conduct further investigation in Cr.No.7/2012 by allowing the present Petition.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ that the complaint given by the petitioner has been registered in

crime No. 7/2012 on the file of the respondent and the same has been closed as Action Dropped on 13.12.2013.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Further, the respondent is directed to file RCs Notice before concerned Court. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a private complaint before the appropriate Court.
