ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to interfere into the personal life and liberty of the petitioner and not to harass him. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the second respondent is harassing the petitioner. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submitted that neither a complaint nor any case is pending against the petitioner on the file of the respondent police and the second respondent is neither harassing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

5.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, it is made clear that now the presence of the petitioner is not necessary to the respondent police either for interrogation or for enquiry.
