No. 46 of 2011 on the file of the Additional Subordinate Court, Kumbakonam.

DECREE:- This Second Appeal coming on for hearing on this date, upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the judgments and decrees of the Lower Appellate Court and the Court of first instance and the material papers in the Suit and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. H. LAKSHMI SHANKAR, Advocate for the Appeallant and the respondents are not having appeared either in person or through a counsel, this Court doth order and decree as follows:-

(1) That the the judgment and decree dated 07/03/2017 in AS.No.26 of 2016 on the file of the Additioanl District Judge (Fast Track Court) Kumbakonam confirming the judgment and decree dated 18/02/2016 in O.S. No. 46 of 2011 on the file of the Additional Subordinate Court, Kumbakonam be and hereby are confirmed and this Second appeal is dismissed.

(2) That there be no costs in this Appeal.
