ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) This petition is filed to condone the delay of 467 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.
2.Heard the learned Additional Government Pleader for the petitioners. Though notice has been served on the respondent, none appeared on her behalf. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 467 days, however, on payment of costs.
