ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A1, in Crime No.17 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested on 03.11.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 450, 417, 376, 294 (b), 323 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., and Section 4 of DP Act and hence, seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner on giving false promise of marrying the de-facto complainant, had sexual intercourse and subsequently, he refused to marry the de-facto complainant. On her complaint, case has been registered against the petitioner.
3.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. It is further submitted that both the petitioner and the de-facto complainant are lovers and the family members of the petitioner refused to accept the petitioner's love, due to which, a false complaint has been given.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that on giving false promise, the petitioner had physical relationship with the de-facto complainant due to which, the de-facto complainant got pregnant.

5.Considering the gravity and seriousness of the offences, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
