The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the respondents to provide police protection to the petitioner. 2.Mr.R.Erottusamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner was registered in Current Petition No.G7/203/STCP/2020 and posted for enquiry.
