2. The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under section 417 of I.P.C., and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, in Crime No.Not Known of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

3. As on date, no FIR has been registered against the petitioners. Therefore, the question of granting anticipatory bail does not arise. CRL OP(MD). No.2906 of 2020 petitioners will have breathing time to move this Court again for anticipatory bail.
