ORDER

The petitioner is the 4th respondent's brother. The 4th respondent has submitted a document for registration, which is sub judice before the civil court in OS.No.1334 of 1995 before the Sub Court, Madurai. The Sub Registrar has registered the document presented by the 4th respondent. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioner has submitted a representation to the respondents to cancel the registration and filed this writ petition.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the Sub Registrar has registered the document without even verifying the parent document and therefore, the petitioner has submitted the representation to cancel the document that the document has been registered without verifying the parent document. It is to be noted that Section 55 (A) of the Tamil Nadu Registration Rules has been struck down. 2/4

3.Since a civil suit is reported to be pending in OS.No.1334 of 1995, the petitioner can work out his remedy before the civil court. With the above observation, this writ petition is closed.
